Our Mission

Since the 1930’s, the Phipps Family has the honor of maintaining the beautiful property. Because of this maintenance, the general public can now launch a boat in Lake Jackson, travel north through “the Cattle Gap” and see wild Florida as it existed thousands of years ago. The Mission is to continue this stewardship far into the future with a blend of regenerative agriculture, ecotourism and other enterprises that are in keeping with the natural character of the land.
